You will be responsible for creating visual content for various packaging, print and digital mediums. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our talent audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist design team to execute visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for packaging, print and digital mediums, including but not limited to packaging die-lines, production file organization, website graphics, social posts, emails, digital ads, POPs, and various print collateral.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and internal design partners to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Presenting design concepts and ideas to internal teams and incorporating feedback into final designs.
  • Ensuring that all designs meet and align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources/techniques where needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' proven experience as a graphic designer in a similar role. Beauty experience in a plus.
  • Proficiency in design and motion graphics software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Microsoft 365
  • Strong understanding of packaging and production, typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
