As our Lead Concierge at Quantum Wellness Spa, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, setting the tone for their immersive experience. You'll set the tone with your knowledge of holistic well-being and the spa's unique offerings, helping guests curate personalized wellness journeys. You'll cultivate a sense of belonging, fostering connections within our community, all while championing the spa's mission and inspiring both members and staff with your enthusiasm for holistic wellness. Job Summary: The Lead Concierge is the primary point of contact for the concierge team. This role involves guiding clients through the spa experience, managing concierge staff, and supporting the Spa Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the concierge team, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Coordinate with the Spa Manager to manage schedules, training, and team performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client service issues and resolution.
- Facilitate client flow through all zones of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Cross-train in all spa equipment and wellness education to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Assist with sales and relationship-building activities.
- Manage spa inventory and help the Spa Manager with ordering needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service, with supervisory responsibilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience and ability to educate clients on services and products.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods and escort clients throughout the spa premises.
