are expanding and are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Client Care Concierge to ensure

the smooth running of our daily operations and the satisfaction of our clients. As the first point of

contact, this role is responsible for warmly welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules,

and serving as a communication bridge between clients and our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities: As a Client Care Concierge, your key responsibilities will include:

 Client Care: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly whether

in person or over the phone. Assist them in understanding the services provided by the

clinic, answer their queries, and address their concerns.

 Service Coordination: Communicate with healthcare professionals and other relevant

stakeholders in the clinic to ensure that the services required by each client are properly

coordinated and efficiently delivered.

 Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operations of the clinic, guaranteeing a

seamless client journey at BHRC.

 Process Improvement: Continually evaluate the clinic's processes and procedures,

identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency, improve

client satisfaction, or enhance the quality of care.

 Effective Communication: Clearly and compellingly communicate Wellness & Longevity

programs to clients, both verbally and in writing.

 Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth client

experience from start to finish.

 Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks and

deliverables.

 Proactive Approach: Embrace a proactive approach, taking initiative and displaying

resourcefulness.

and prioritize tasks.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate program.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 A genuine passion for people, displaying warmth and authenticity in interactions.

 Previous experience in customer service or patient care, with the ability to handle

challenges professionally.

 Background in health and wellness or a science-related field with a strong interest in

staying current with industry advances.

 Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.

 A keen eye for maintaining our brand image and values.

 Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently.

 Proven ability to work effectively in a team, fostering a cooperative environment.

 Willingness to learn and contribute to bringing a big vision to life.
