PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our global manufacturing client with North American Headquarters in Texas to source and hire a customer-centric; goal-oriented Territory Sales Executive for their Midwest territory.


This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity


As a Sales Representative you are a key contributor to the growth and success of the company through your efforts in acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and driving revenue through effective sales practices.


Territory Sales Executive Responsibilities

· Identify and reach out to potential customers or clients to generate new business opportunities.

· Have a deep understanding of the products being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

· Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing how the product meets their needs and addressing any concerns they may have.

· Work on negotiating terms and pricing with customers to close sales deals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.

· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales.

· Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in Salesforce.

· Be adaptable to changes in the market, customer preferences, and company policies.


Territory Sales Executive Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in negotiating.

· Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Independence and self-motivation in managing sales activities.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

· Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

· Product knowledge and territory management.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.

· Ability to create and deliver presentation tailored to the audience needed.


Territory Sales Executive Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.

· Previous experience in sales or a relevant industry such as Industrial Manufacturing, and Commercial Construction of minimum 3 years.
