GVS Group produces 2B filters annually, with North American headquarters located in Findlay, OH. The safety division launched an innovative respirator which has grown on average over 150% in sales every year. GVS-RPB is the market leader in the USA for Blasting Respirators and a challenger brand for high quality PAPR and tight-fitting respirators. GVS is looking to grow the product offering by launching several new safety products which will expand the product into new customers and new markets.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER-HEALTH & SAFETY DIVISION (Central US Market: IL, IA, MO, BE, KS, CO)
THIS POSITION COVERS SEVERAL STATES IN UNITED STATES AND THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE LOCATED IN THEIR REGION
Position Purpose:
The Safety Sales Manager is responsible for all sales activities within the assigned territory to grow a very innovative new range of respiratory personal protective equipment line. The overall objective of the Safety Sales Manager is developing, maintaining and growing territory-level sales of all Health and Safety products to all distributors and end user customers.
Additional responsibility is to support our rep groups’ seller in the territory and fulfill special assignments through the Sales Director, such as field training, assisting in market tests and market potential surveys.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
Visit and develop business with distributors and end users
Provide forecast through CRM
Analyze your market to determine customer needs, prices, and discounts
Represent the company at trade shows and associations to promote GVS solutions
Train distributors and end users on our solutions
Analyze and control expenses according to budget and policies
Provide monthly sales reporting
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
Present new product ideas for sales growth;To handle customer complaints and requests, at any level from Customer Service to Purchasing and Executive Management.
Experience and technical skills required include:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college
5+ years of previous PPE Sales
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and able to handle rejection
Proficient with computer programs
Proven experience in generating new business
Customer related experience in the PPE industry (ideally respiratory protection)
