Quality Control Analyst

The Opportunity


The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the Quality team and instrumental to the company’s success in the clinic. We are a dynamic team with many opportunities to learn new skills, expand capabilities, and develop your career. This position reports directly to the Director of Quality.


Responsibilities:

The Quality Control Analyst is primarily responsible for performing in-process, release, and stability product testing, primarily employing real time qPCR and Flow Cytometry methods. 


·        Perform qPCR, Flow Cytometry, Cytotoxicity testing for routine in-process and release HebeCell cell therapy product samples.

·        Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of analytical methods.

·        Troubleshoot and maintain analytical instrumentation

·        Manage investigations for deviations, OOS, CAPAs related to analytical procedures/equipment.

·        Author, review, and/or revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·        Support QC inspection of incoming GMP materials.

·         

Qualifications:

·              BS/MS Degree

·              qPCR experience – at least two (2) years (required)

·              experience with MycoSEQ, SteriSEQ, or Qiagen kits (preferred)

·              experience in a cGMP or GLP laboratory setting. (preferred)

·              Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

·              Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic lab environment.


The Company

HebeCell was founded in 2016 by a group of scientists who wanted to push research in regenerative medicine and immuno-oncology farther than ever before. Our team of researchers includes multiple world-leading experts in stem cell biology, as well as experienced entrepreneurs and business developers.

Since 2016, we have grown HebeCell into a leading innovator in our field. HebeCell has recently raised $53 Million in Series A Financing to Advance its Unique Off-The-Shelf PSC-CAR-NK product into the clinic, targeting cancers, autoimmune and infectious diseases. We are primarily engaged in developing universal and cost-effective NK cell therapeutics based on its proprietary 3D-pluripotent stem cell (PSC) platform, the off-the-shelf NK cell products will be readily available to all patients worldwide. Most importantly, we have developed and patented a method of producing allogeneic natural killer (NK) cells indefinitely, from stem cell,s by suspending them in a liquid solution within specially engineered bioreactors. No other company or lab has this technology or these capabilities.
