Entegris is seeking a talented supply chain professional to serve as a Supply Chain & Materials Project Manager for our Dry Process Solutions (DPS) business unit based at our site in Danbury, CT. You will manage a complex end to end global supply chain for a focused product set while embracing and deploying proactive and systemic processes and behaviors that improve the customer experience and enhance Entegris productivity. Your passion for process and ability to influence and build relationships across Entegris’ global organization will be paramount.


In this role you will:

  • Gain understanding of and deploy effective use of SAP parameters that support end to end supply chain fulfillment.
  • Orchestrate & maintain synchronization of the various states of ‘supply’ across the End-to-End supply chain; escalate and drive closure with cross functional stakeholders as needed with appropriate urgency.
  • Track, monitor and expedite units by serial number throughout end-to-end supply chain; including these steps/complexities: In-house Manufacturing, 3rd party vendor cleaning, Data evaluation/exchange among 3rd party vendors and Internal Quality & Engineering.
  • Be responsible for QA approval to packing slip generation, drop shipment to Customer Consignment, Consumption out of Customer Consignment, and Cross Legal Entity Sale and International Commerce.
  • Serve as the Sales / Customer Service point of contact for supply commits related to end using customer.
  • Oversee & reconcile any physical to logical integrity gaps associated with material flow, vendor subcontract, customer consignment.
  • Drive resolution momentum for non-passing windows throughout the end-to-end material flow.
  • Facilitate expanded SAP use / systemic processes deployment (specific focus on integrating the supply chain into ERP tool use, serialization, quality data exchange, timing of logical with physical movement).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. APICS certification a plus (CPIM or CIRM);
  • 2-5 years of inventory control, production planning, and purchasing experience in a manufacturing and distribution planning model while working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment;
  • Knowledge and hands on experience in MRP/ERP use in SAP ECC related to inventory control, materials requirements planning, distribution planning, item master settings, demand planning, procurement, and production planning;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data and turn data into information, conclusions & action;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across peers as well as leading cross-functional teams;
  • Effective problem solving / critical thinking skills to drive solutions related to complex supply chain models and characteristics;
  • Ability to detect and challenge when direction or supply plans aren’t sound;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in all levels of the organization;
  • Excellent decision-making ability with the confidence to implement those decisions;
  • Proven record of success in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

  • Notable achievements in implementing and sustaining systemic supply chain fulfillment solutions
  • Improvement in operational metrics, specifically: velocity of supply matching that of substrate supply, minimized supply constraints, on-time shipment improvement, minimize aged MRB, sustained fulfillment of customer target inventory (consignment mid-point).
