WorkTrust Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Functional Lead to join our consulting team for a dynamic 6-month contract. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor for a valued client. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, and ensuring a smooth user adoption process.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand their specific Time and Labor needs and challenges within the 6-month contract timeframe.
  • Conduct a thorough gap analysis to identify the best fit between client requirements and Oracle Cloud Time and Labor functionalities, focusing on functionalities achievable within the contract period.
  • Design and configure the Oracle Cloud Time and Labor system to meet client specifications within the contract timeframe, utilizing your expertise in Fast Formulas.
  • Develop and document functional specifications, including reports, interfaces, and data conversions that can be implemented within the contract.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on the development of essential integrations and reports.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system functions as designed and meets client needs.
  • Develop user training materials and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and administrators, ensuring a smooth transition within the contract period.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the contract, troubleshooting issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Cloud Time and Labor features relevant to the project scope.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the engagement.
