Job Summary

Trotter Workforce is seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our electrical department, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of low-voltage systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and nurse call systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the layout and installation of low-voltage systems, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • Wiring and Installation: Pull wire and cable through conduits and raceways, and install electrical components according to project requirements.
  • System Troubleshooting: Utilize strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical system issues.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of electricians on various project settings, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in low-voltage commercial settings, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a small team and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Cat 5 and 6 wiring, NEC codes, and electrical systems.
