Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Owner located in the state of South Carolina. The Franchise Owner will be responsible for day-to-day operations including training and supporting staff, sales and marketing, customer service, and recruiting new members. The Franchise Owner will also be responsible for ensuring that the location meets or exceeds performance goals and maintaining a positive, motivating environment for staff and clients.


Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in operations, marketing, and compliance
  • Experience in training and supporting staff, including performance management and goal setting
  • A proven track record in sales and marketing, including lead generation and conversion
  • Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Experience recruiting and retaining staff and members, including networking and community outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
