Primary Role:

As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary role will be to support our growing brands and enthusiastic customer base by delivering our customers an excellent experience You will receive inbound phone and computer-based inquiries from our customers and assist them in their selections and offer recommendations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Attending to customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner and facilitating satisfactory resolution
  • Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers
  • Accessing the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide it to customers
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills. Must be comfortable working with a fully digital environment.
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
  • Must be action oriented with the ability to think critically.
  • Must be team oriented.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Two or more years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Apparel product sales experience (preferred)

In person


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Friday


Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
