We are seeking a Manager of FP&A to join Perimeter Roofing, a rapidly growing roofing company in the Atlanta area This would be an on-site opportunity in Perimeter's Lawrenceville location.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

Newly created position reporting to the CFO. This position is responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecasting, allocations & financial analysis of all operating and corporate activities. Perimeter is seeking the intelligence, initiative, and teamwork needed to operate in a fast-paced growing environment, and someone who will draw satisfaction from their mission and success. This position requires solid analytical and communication skills, personal productivity, business sense, and a high degree of initiative and responsibility.


RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Promoting a culture of personal responsibility/accountability and open communications
  • Working with Controller to ensure consistency in report mapping
  • Overseeing the administration of the budgeting and financial reporting software
  • Developing and maintaining Company dashboards in support of strategic reviews
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing monthly comparisons of the budget to actual results and prior year actual results to the current year, together with variance explanations for consolidated, divisional, and departmental results
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews to the CFO and CEO along with applicable variance explanations
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports as well as ad-hoc financial analyses/special projects
  • Collaborating cross functionally as a business partner to drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes
  • Recommending ways to improve accounting processes, reduce costs, and enhance revenue
  • Understanding key business drivers


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. CPA/MBA desired but not required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' accounting/finance experience; construction industry experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong analytical aptitude
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and projects, and to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience working with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Power BI and Access
  • Private Equity experience preferred
