Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking a Contract Manager & Analyst for our Lawrenceville, GA office. The Contract Manager & Analyst is responsible for managing and disseminating key contact information for all stakeholders, monitoring the contract for compliance with terms; and managing rate increases, renewals and other routine changes or deliverables to the customer.

Essential Functions:

  • Creates project numbers and enters all relevant information into financial and operational systems
  • Communicates project start information to relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitors contract status to ensure rate increases, renewal bids and other contract required reports are submitted on time.

  • Reviews performance of customers against contract requirements and reports concerns to leadership.
  • Maintains records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Documents key compliance components and reviews compliance with contract terms, updates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as required with pertinent contract details.
  • Communicates and presents key information to stakeholders about contract-related matters as requested.
  • Identifies any contract-related problems that may arise with all involved stakeholders.
  • Serves as the consistent point of contact for both internal employees and external parties regarding agreements and contracts.
  • Other projects and functions as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Ability to pay attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others leading to a positive outcome.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Skilled at project and contract management.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel; experience with Power BI and NetSuite is a plus

Required education and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or similar related field. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management and/or analysis.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with NetSuite, and with a Business Intelligence product, such as Power BI. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be substituted for this preference.
