This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Commercial Finance and Regional leadership with endless opportunities for growth.

Hybrid (2x/ week) in either our Lawrenceville or Atlanta office

What will you be doing?

Developing accurate and timely annual budgets + forecasts to ensure alignment between stakeholders and systems Preparing and overseeing the development, maintenance, and distribution of relevant and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and analysis of financial and non-financial data Regularly Develop ad-hoc models to support business decisions and growth initiatives Evaluate and develop new performance analytics requirements by leveraging several data sources to facilitate support of the Finance and Business leaders Employ an innovative approach to recurring duties targeted at improved efficiency and automation. Provide in depth analysis on monthly results, driving insightful action items in accordance with performance. Perform detail data investigation and transaction research activities Embrace and Master available systems and tools utilized by the Commercial Finance Team

What are the must haves?

3+ years previous experience in finance and/or performance analytics in a SaaS-based business Strong technical understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR drivers and full P&L, including Revenue Recognition rules (IFRS, GAAP) Proficient with MS Office tools, and Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, if/then statements and SQL queries Solid systems experience with proven ability to learn new systems quickly (large ERP, Adaptive, Einstein or similar) Able to build strong collaborative relationships within the business and across Finance pillars Strong intellect and excellent influencing skills. Confident in opinions and able to communicate them in a convincing manner
