Responsibilities include:Providing customer service: Responding to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfactionCommunicating with customers: Educate potential customers to better understand the services which Guardian Home Energy can provide to home ownersBuilding relationships: Developing and maintaining customer relationships to increase retention and satisfactionIdentifying prospects: Traveling within an assigned territory to acquire new customers, capturing relevant customer information and imputing into a CRMDrive Growth and Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commissionThis is a full-time, face-to-face, D2D sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.Benefits:Base pay plus uncapped commissionEarning potential of $65,000+ - $130,000+10 Paid Holidays2 Weeks of PTOHealth, Dental, and Vision Plans401K (after 1 year)Qualifications:Self-starter who enjoys putting in a good day's workFriendly & outgoing with an ability to quickly connect with othersMotivated, ambitious, & relentless to get resultsInnovative & eager to put forth new ideasFlexible with the ability to react and adjust accordinglyOutside sales experience preferred but not requiredTravel and complete routes within a territoryReliable transportation and valid drivers license are a requirementWork Schedule:Full-time 8 hours a dayIdeal schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, but can be flexibleTypical shift would be between the hours of 8AM and 6PMFor more information about Sales Focus Inc., visit our website at www.salesfocusinc.com
