Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact via phone, Outlook, and Salesforce between Technicians & external accounts.
  • Communicate critical health related findings following strict notification protocols.
  • Engage in follow-ups for additional clinical information when necessary.
  • Manage case status updates efficiently using our ticket system.


Skills Required:

  • CRM Experience: Must be adept at working within CRM systems ensuring accurate data entry which is crucial for maintaining effective communication channels across teams.
  • Customer Service Prowess: Your previous experience will enable seamless interactions primarily focused towards cardiology offices - providing them outstanding assistance without direct patient engagement.
