Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing government projects, particularly those with the General Services Administration (GSA).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including cost management, scheduling, quality control, information management, and contract administration.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective use of project controls, quality assurance, and administration.
  3. Project Management: Manage projects from planning through occupancy, aligning with GSA's program objectives.
  4. Scope, Budget, and Schedule Management: Define and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, design and construction contracts, and documents.
  5. Invoice and Requisition Review: Conduct reviews of consultant invoices and contractor requisitions for payment.
  6. Change Order Management
  7. Issue Resolution: Assist GSA in resolving design-related, construction-related issues, and occupancy-related issues.
  8. Dispute Resolution Support: Provide support to GSA in resolving disputes.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree: In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 7 Years' Experience: As a project manager on projects valued up to $10 million.
  3. Owner's Representative Experience: Managing projects as an owner's representative.
  4. Concurrent Project Management: Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  5. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
