You will be responsible for delivering high quality work, forming and maintaining valuable, long-term relationships with our clients, and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge. About you: You thrive in a fast-paced environment.You are detail-oriented and exhibit natural leadership qualities.You enjoy engaging teams and mentoring others.You are currently or will live in the area where this job is posted.You have a philanthropic drive and will embody our Patient Focused and People First Mission through the involvement in professional development and philanthropic opportunities.How will you spend your days as a Consultant, Project Controls Engineering?Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.Produce key project controls deliverables, including: o Budget estimateso Detailed project schedules and milestoneso Feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, and scenario analysiso Project cost reports and trend analysiso Comprehensive monthly project summary reportsAnalyze complex project data and then deliver clear, articulate, and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision makingGain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards, deliverable trackers, etc.Examples of our core services within the life science space, include: Capital Project Management (including Project Controls and Scheduling); Facility Management & Builds; Tech Transfers; Validation Life Cycle (including Commissioning and Qualification, Process Validation, Computer System Validation, etc.); GxP Automated Systems; Due Diligence & Business Strategy; Quality, Regulatory, & Compliance.Required:Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience.Minimum 3 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience.Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 highly preferred.Full-time on-site client presence.Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.Covid Vaccine is required prior to the Team Member's start date with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable.In return for your skills, knowledge, and passion, we offer a wide range of benefits including:Competitive salary based on experienceAggressive bonus structureMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance effective your first day of employment401k Plan with company matchPaid Time Off and Company Paid HolidaysCompany Paid Maternity and Parental LeaveContinuing Education AssistanceWho are we?We are Precision for Medicine, Manufacturing Solutions, the leading advanced therapy technical operations consulting company in the life science industry. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
