Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for an Office Manager for a leading commercial real estate firm based in Raleigh, specializing in brokerage services. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the office operations and financial accuracy.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative duties within the brokerage side. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, effective bookkeeping, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Regularly reconcile credit card transactions with company records.
- Oversee bill payments and manage check deposits, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Track and reconcile broker commissions and splits, ensuring accurate compensation for all parties.
- Provide general administrative support, including office supply management and coordination of office activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping roles, preferably in a commercial real estate environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
