This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong technical knowledge of Delmia Apriso, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless manufacturing operations solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Delmia Apriso implementation process, from initial planning and design to deployment, testing, and post-implementation support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client, internal teams, and implementation partner ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards, comply with client specifications, and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in the Delmia Apriso implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment of project goals with business objectives, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the transition from implementation to operational use, ensuring that clients receive adequate training, support, and resources for ongoing success with Delmia Apriso.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Delmia Apriso implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Delmia Apriso software, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP, PLM).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, industrial automation, and supply chain management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
