Designed to improve valve-in-valve TAVR procedures and reduce coronary obstruction risks, this leaflet modification device is on the verge of FDA approval. As we approach FDA approval, we are preparing to enter the American market and are setting up a hub in Boston, led by our CEO and key figures like the VP of Commercial and the Director of Therapy Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel plans.
- Support project management tasks by helping track timelines, managing documents, and coordinating between teams.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for internal and external use.
- Help coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring information flows smoothly across the organization.
- Assist the marketing team with gathering data, tracking competitors, and organizing findings to support strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, administrative roles, marketing or business development, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to a full-time, office-based role with flexible working hours.
