Delivery Coordinator - Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid


Overview

The IT Program Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, an understanding of IT infrastructure and software development, and excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues and risks to senior management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication within the project team.
  • Track project progress and keep all stakeholders updated on progress and impediments
  • Document technical discussions, hosting meetings with an audience of 20 to 100, summarizing and assigning action items
  • Understanding the client objective, business requirements & aligning the data architecture with the business requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • =Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management or program management.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to build convincing presentations and deliver to senior leaders
  • Previous experience using tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) | Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
