Vice President Of Hyperscale SalesReporting to the Regional Managing Director of Sales, the Vice President of Hyperscale Sales will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives across Hyperscale accounts in the United States. This role focuses on managing key client relationships, executing sales strategies aligned with Hyperscale growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data center solutions that meet client needs and company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for U.S.-based Hyperscale clients, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and margin targets.Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, including technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders.Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in Salesforce.com.Support targeted marketing campaigns and participate in cross-functional sales initiatives.Prepare and deliver RFPs, SOWs, and MSAs with precision and timeliness.Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.Stay current on Hyperscale trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.Participate in industry events and training to enhance domain expertise and visibility.Knowledge & AttributesProven experience selling to U.S. Hyperscale clients (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Strong understanding of Hyperscale procurement cycles, infrastructure needs, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Salesforce.com, MS Office, and DCIM tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Familiarity with Miller Heiman or similar conceptual selling methodologies.Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.Academic Qualifications & CertificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.10+ years in data center colocation sales, with 3+ years focused on Hyperscale clients.Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.Required Experience10+ years in data center colocation sales, with 3+ years focused on Hyperscale clients.Experience managing large-scale enterprise accounts and navigating complex sales cycles.Substantial strategic planning experience in Hyperscale sales environments.Extensive in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Hyperscale ecosystem, including infrastructure, procurement cycles, and compliance frameworks.Substantial experience managing Hyperscale sales operations, including knowledge of international market dynamics, regional regulations, and cross-border client engagement.Experience in transforming geographically dispersed sales teams into Hyperscalely integrated organizations, leveraging shared service models and centralized strategy execution.This is a national role responsible for Hyperscale sales. The VP will work closely with delivery, marketing, product, and transformation teams. The ideal candidate will have experience transitioning regional areas such as EMEA, APAC, Americas, and India into a unified Hyperscale sales strategy.Strong track record of developing and implementing Hyperscale sales policies and account strategies in a decentralized or multi-entity business structure.Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology) is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to drive a vehicle.Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate vehicle, computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.Close visual work on a computer terminal.Able to hear and speak into a telephone.Availability across global time zones.Work Conditions & Other RequirementsApplies broad expertise and knowledge in highly specialized fields or several related disciplines.Leads and contributes to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals creatively and effectively.Recognized internally as a subject matter expert, working on significant and unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles.Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on projects requiring an understanding of wider business implications.Requires conceptual thinking and analysis to develop solutions with long-term impacts.Advises and conveys advanced information, persuading diverse stakeholders/audiences.Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.Translates functional vision into plans for a discipline and guides their execution.Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Accountable for own or team results, impacting the entire function.Direct the activities of project teams.This position is expected to be remote with occasional onsite requirements.Must have a flexible work schedule to accommodate global business hours.Global travel required, up to 20%.Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $152,700.00 - $218,100.00. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
