We are searching for a Roll Mill Supervisor to join our client's growing team.


Basic Functions:

  • Responsible for the direction and development of the Rolling Mill Team
  • Support the goals of the Rolling Department and Company in the areas of Safety, Quality, Environmental, Cost and Productivity


Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, and the ability to create a strong safety culture
  • Previous Leadership Experience
  • 3 years experience in steel rolling practices


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Positive problem solver
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven motivator with an outstanding work ethic
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team technically and professionally
  • A demonstrated teamwork style approach to leading with outstanding abilities in relationship building
  • Willingness to set high expectations for your team and hold them accountable for meeting those expectations
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and lead projects
  • Demonstrated record of maintaining a positive attitude when faced with adversity and to persist in the completion of tasks despite the level of difficulty or frustration involved
  • Aggressive problem solving abilities coupled with business acumen
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
