Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment, including press brakes, bending rolls, and punches.
  • Estimate and budget projects, perform take-offs, and order materials/supplies.
  • Responsible for hiring, scheduling, and communicating with a safe and motivated facility crew.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships and interactions with customers.
  • Coordinate projects with field crews.
  • Understanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Inventory control and compliance experience.
  • Basic drafting skills, including CAD.
