Sr. Digital Product Operations Manager
Optomi, in partnership with a global media conglomerate is seeking a Senior Digital Product Operations Manager in a hybrid position in Orlando, FL. This candidate involved with content management in multiple areas of the business. This Sr. Digital Product Operations Manager will work with sales and marketing for operational needs regarding websites, mobile applications, and physical products.
Experience of the right candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years combined in business and digital experience.
- Strong understanding of consumer-facing websites, mobile and Digital marketing.
- Experience with technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at the Manager level.
- Ability to work collaboratively across large matrix organizations.
- Experience with digital or technology platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of traditional or digital retail promotional strategies.
- Fluent in Jira., user stories, tech studios.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of identifying content and marketing opportunities, aligning on strategy, and socializing and achieving buy-off from key partners like Marketing Strategy, Public Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Legal.
- In charge of creating or aligning on deadlines and guiding content delivery through towards launch, including keeping stakeholders in the loop, maintaining check-ins or scrums as needed, and sending launch announcements.
- In charge of providing requirements for KPI dashboards and analytics and identifying success metrics for content. Create a continuous review system for monitoring performance and quickly interceding to improve metrics.
- In charge of creating A/B test campaign requirements and measurement recommendations for content and conversion improvements.
- Generates project briefs that illustrate the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and execution considerations.
- Translates research data into a story that drive business opportunity, project objectives and prioritization.
- Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, on-strategy delivery of marketing- and operations-related projects.
- Escalates unresolved business, strategy, scope, and budget issues as appropriate to the Manager.
- Is primarily responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving acceptance of project objectives and scope with the project team and partners.
