Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice Nurse at Compassionate Care Hospice — Inland Empire. The Hospice Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medicine, and implementing palliative care. The Hospice Nurse will also be involved in home care services and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.


Qualifications

  • Nursing and Medicine skills
  • Experience in palliative care and hospice care a plus
  • Direct patient care experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and compassion for end-of-life care
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Current RN (Registered Nurse) license
