What Immedia Does

Immedia Integrated Technologies is a 20-year-old workplace technology company providing audiovisual and communications technology for commercial applications. We design, build, and support conferencing, learning, entertainment, and marketing technologies for enterprise clients.

In 2020 Immedia’s CEO/Founder designed a one-of-a-kind 14ksf showroom. The Southwest Experience Center and Immedia’s corporate offices. The Southwest Experience Center changed the game of finding new clients to serve.


Operations Coordinators oversee the project delivery process of commercial AV projects alongside a Project Manager.


· Attend project meetings with the PM, representing them when they are unavailable.

· Update various systems and internal and external stakeholders on project and installation work

plans and change orders.

· Coordinates and collaborates with other internal departments including the Warehouse,

Scheduling, Materials, Programming and Installation teams while ensuring positive working

relationships.

· Adjusts construction schedules based on resource availability and keeps internal teams informed

of changes and progress.

· Schedule and participate in key project meetings, including handoffs and postmortems.

· Review daily status reports and oversee task completion.

· Manage PlanGrid subscriptions and associated iPads.

· Create, document and communicate status reports and project close-out information.

· Ensure job costing/labor hours are tracked accurately on a daily basis.

· Assist PM/Foreman during site walks and document observations.

· Update Scope of Work (SOW) as needed.


Competencies:

Strong technical aptitude, quickly adapting to new technologies and software.

Proficiency in interpreting and responding to business communications and contracts.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for interactions with various stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills in diverse situations with limited standardization.


Work environment: Office and field including client sites that may be under construction and require PPE.


Physical demands: Sitting for long periods of time and walking client sites under construction.


Travel required Weekly, all local


Minimum Requirements

· Four-year college degree.

· Minimum of two years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
