Job Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Assists in the project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) process by inspecting fabricated items and/or work performed and verifying compliance with the project drawings and specifications.
  • Develops ideas and solves problems to successfully accomplish critical or difficult portions of a project.
  • Collects all project specifications and data and prepares analysis reports and quoting documentation.
  • Prepare the schedule for production planning and the bill of materials.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Create forecasts to meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.


Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of project management required
  • Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related industry experience highly preferred
  • Degree preferred, not required
  • Problem-solver, solution-oriented mindset
  • Great communicator with all levels internally and externally
  • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally with Procurement, Sales, Production, etc. required
