Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced (Pilot Groups Coordinator) Program Manager to work with rolling out solutions to pilot groups and follow up with feedback. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering results that align with strategic objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lining up and rolling out solutions to pilot groups, track incoming defects, and follow up for user feedback.
- Work with the tracking/reporting resource and any program resources assigned but be more user focused.
- Provide specific and direct support to pilot users for various solutions and cohorts who may have wildly different use cases.
- Oversee one or more support channels, direct users to help resources or escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure that users of a new pilot project always get fast and useful support.
- Develop and maintain program plans, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Define program scope, deliverables, and timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple projects within the program.
- Lead and oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular program status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate program reviews and meetings to discuss progress, issues, and action plans.
- Communicate program goals, objectives, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex programs and projects.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and delivering programs on time and within budget.
- Experience with program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with business analysis, risk management, and change management practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification(s) in project management (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Knowledge of Telecom-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
