Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations for marketing solutions
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to position OneIMS Group's services effectively
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- 2 Years + in a Sales role
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Martech industry
- Strong understanding of marketing technology solutions and trends (Revops. SEO. Content Marketing. Web Dev. And PPC)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Sandler Sales trained a major plus
- Base salary + Performance Bonus
