As a B2B Inside Sales Representative for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in serving as a strategic resource to realtors, helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations, you'll guide clients to subscribe to our client’s innovative platform that elevates their marketing objectives. Comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to embody their brand with pride.


This role requires relocation to Richmond, VA, relocation will be compensated. This is a full-time on-site role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.
  • Business Expansion: Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals.
  • Virtual Presentations: Showcase the value of our client’s offering through engaging virtual presentations.
  • Proactive Achievement: Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue
  • Client-Centric Focus: Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful


Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year traditional university is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional work experience, including 2 years in B2B sales, is required, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered.
  • Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
