Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Verify and correct data entry errors and ensure data integrity.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and generate reports and summaries based on data.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
