Location: Downtown Minneapolis (hybrid, onsite 3 days/week)

Duration: 4 months (maternity leave coverage)

Hours: 40/week

Pay: $35/hr - $45/hr


Responsibilities:


  • Heavy production-based work for print, digital, animation assets
  • Design creation needed for social media assets, minimal campaign work - likely requiring digital images & animation
  • Produce creative assets for special project work (gift card campaign, limited time offers, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create communication materials for external and internal campaigns, including but not limited to print, digital, website, and social media.
  • Coordinate the design process, including concepting, gathering assets, creating and updating templates, file production, proofing, and final file preparation for both digital and print.
  • Provide excellent customer service and transparent communication for internal clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating their status from conception to delivery.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned


Requirements:


  • Design degree from accredited art school or Bachelor's in Design
  • 2-5 years experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Proficient in social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism and work well in ambiguity.
