Job Description *

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to sit in Philadelphia. This candidate will be responsible for offering end users desktop support, including password resets, Wi-Fi issues, and equipment problems. They will also work closely with the remote network team to resolve any networking issues at the site. They will be responsible for communicating with the customer and ensuring their IT needs are met.
