Service Desk II

Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
•Provide end-user support on-site resolving Hardware and Software issues
•Work with Microsoft products including 365/Azure Active Directory
•Provide basic Network Support (Routers/Switches)
•Ability to setup workstations and assists in A/V troubleshooting and support
•Ability to work 5 Days a week on-site
Qualifications for the Service Desk Analyst:
•3+ years as a Service Desk Analyst ( Required )
•Experience with PC/Laptop Setup/Decommissioning
•Experience with of Office 365, Azure (Microsoft Products)
•Skilled in utilizing ticketing systems for support resolution
Compensation/Benefits for the Service Desk Analyst:
•$25-$30/hr (Long-Term 1-2 year W2 Contract)
