Company Overview: Our client is a leading entertainment company that is focused on optimizing and enhancing its current Workday Reporting function. They are looking for a seasoned Workday HCM and Financial Reporting Consultant to play a pivotal role in their ongoing Workday optimization and enhancement initiatives. This project offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to significant system improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment and optimization of existing Workday HCM and Financial reports across several Workday HCM and Financial modules.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Workday HCM and Financial reporting system and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Design, architect, and develop Custom, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the HR and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable Workday reports.
  • Provide expertise in Workday reporting, focusing on optimizing reporting capabilities and ensuring accurate and timely insights.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Financial Reporting.
  • Proven experience designing and building Custom, Advanced, Matrix, Composite and BIRT across the Workday HCM suite.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining complex financial reports in Workday Financials.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
