Description:

This individual is responsible for translating technical approaches and strategies into high-quality content that aligns with the client's requirements, terminology, and expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and re-working existing pre-written content where relevant.
  • Developing boilerplates for commonly requested information for use across all GRC efforts.
  • Translating technical information into clear, readable narratives for a non-technical audience.
  • Developing highly complex written content including proposals, qualification documents, and customer presentations based on industry proposal standards.
  • Effectively leading and/or collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams of management, operations, and proposal personnel across multiple Tutor Perini companies.
  • Planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and technical manuals and design documents.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation repositories in SharePoint and network share locations.
  • Understanding and authoring policies and procedures.
  • Enforcing records management policies and protection of sensitive data.
  • Developing living documents including tabletop exercise documents and DRM playbooks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of information security technology compliance, risk, or audit experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, controls, & regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Computer Science, or Equivalent.

Preferred Education:

  • Master's Degree in English, Computer Science, or Equivalent.
