Required Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years of experience supporting marketing efforts, or business development in professional services (ideally law firm setting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office- Powerpoint/presentation experience is a must (Outlook, Excel for data input)
- Strong experience utilizing CRM Databases (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) to manage an existing and potential client list

Job Description
A mid-sized law firm in the Boston, MA area is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join their growing Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the Firm's business development efforts, including preparation, submission and tracking of proposals and new business pitches, and working with the business development manager(s) on associate coaching and other BD efforts. These efforts will be directed towards the 6 divisions within the firm: real estate, business, corporate, taxation, litigation, private clients. This role is non-exempt and offers hybrid flexibility, option to work remotely 2 days a week. This is a salary position offering a range between $60,000 and $70,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
