**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the water well drilling or related industry. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating key client relationships, and expanding our market presence.


**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and industries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and marketing, to optimize sales processes and enhance overall business performance.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and stay ahead of industry developments.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred in marketing, or a related business field

- Minimum 3 of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the water well drilling or pump service industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
