With a strong reputation for quality and integrity, this firm attracts elite clients who expect the best.We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-end residential projects in and around Aspen. The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence, someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar luxury residential and estate projects.Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.Manage site logistics and access for mountain conditions (slope, elevation, snow management).Provide leadership across all phases from design collaboration through close-out.Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.Mentor project teams and uphold the firm's values of safety, excellence, and integrity.
