Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
o Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
o Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, involving in End-End implementations from scratch.
o Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and security settings.
o 3+ Years of experience in performing Salesforce Test Automation.
o Develop instance using Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, Microservices, FHIR, HL7 etc.
o Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
o Proven ability to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
o Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.
o Knowledge of Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
o Familiarity with source control systems like Git.
o Understanding of agile development methodologies.
