Our client is an established Commercial Concrete Contractor. The right candidate will be able to read blueprints and do quantity take offs. We prefer candidates with concrete experience and the desire to grow. We are searching for a self starter that wants to continue to grow their career with a solid company that takes care of their employees


Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
  • Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
  • 1 2- 4 years' of construction experience preferred
