Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and executing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company to ensure efficient and effective processes.

  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including architects, lenders, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience in Real Estate Operations: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate operations, including property acquisitions, mortgage lending, and managing construction projects. Demonstrated experience in overseeing various operational aspects such as project management, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Strong Decision-Making and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to make informed decisions that drive operational success. Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Team and Vendor Management: Experience managing teams and coordinating with external service providers such as architects, lenders, and subcontractors. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Operational Efficiency: Experience in developing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including those related to property acquisitions, mortgage lending, and construction. Ability to ensure company operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Growth and Development Orientation: Demonstrated desire and ability to grow professionally within the company. A proactive approach to learning and development, with a focus on contributing to the company’s long-term success.
