Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Airline LoungesSodexo Live is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Airline Lounges. The Human Resources Director, HR Business Partner, acts as a strategic partner and advisor to internal stakeholders, including Vice Presidents, and their respective leadership teams to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The role encompasses critical areas such as change management, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources, Airport Lounges and has 3 direct reports. Candidates should reside near a major airport and be available for nationwide travel (approximately 40% to 50%). Our airline lounge business is "taking off" We are looking for a high energy leader to help us continue to lead growth across this dynamic business sector. Union experience is required in this role, and a background in the airline lounge and/or hospitality industry is strongly preferred. Our ideal candidate will reside in the middle of the country with easy access to a major airport.What You'll DoStrategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement regional and global HR initiatives that drive business results in their assigned client group.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze workforce data and industry trends to proactively identify challenges and opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.Talent Management: Act as an internal coach to leaders, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop diverse talent, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively present complex HR information and strategies in various settings, ensuring clarity and engagement from internal and external audiences.Leadership Representation: Lead and participate in key meetings, including client business reviews.Business Development Support: Contribute to RFP responses.Team Member Experience: Champion the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
