Title: Assembly Technician
Location: San Diego, CA
Full-time position
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with wiring harness assembly protocols and adhesives/soldering.
- Proficiency with LabVIEW or equivalent software.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Understanding of sensor or instrumentation calibration protocols.
Desired Traits:
- Self-motivated with high self-discipline and consistency.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with mechanical and electrical hardware, as well as computers.
- Ability to work under changing timelines, particularly in motorsport sectors.
- Solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
- Team player with a drive for continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements:
An Associate’s degree in relevant fields preferred but not required. Candidates with substantial experience in assembly and testing will be considered.
A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered by our client.
