Our client, a leading food services and support services company is looking for a resource to act as a “User Experience Designer”. This is a contract role for 1 year with potential to get extended beyond one year.


As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play an important role in creating exceptional designs for our client products. You will elevate the user experience by designing for a wide range of users;


Responsibilities:

  • Care deeply about the intended user experience of the product
  • Need to be thought partners with other product managers, designers and engineers
  • Navigate complex discussions with product managers and engineers
  • Visualize concepts in sketches or lo-fi wireframes to guide conversations
  • Immerse in the real-world operations of business users, to gain better understanding of pain points in actual day-to-day operational workflows
  • Quickly iterate based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in User Experience Design
  • Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
  • Expert at creating user flows, and building design systems
  • Translate design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for other platforms
  • Use tools like Figma and hi-resolution designs from the beginning
  • Fluent in the architecture of site maps
  • Expertise in Interaction Models or UX Patterns
  • Proficiency with the full stack of design tools, (Figma and other design tools)
  • Knowledge in translating information through visualization and design
  • Good aesthetic and accessibility sense
  • Excellent storytelling and communication

  • Go-getter attitude and a passion for work
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to gather any information
  • Engage stakeholders to validate product decisions
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in problem-identification and solving with Product Managers
