Responsibilities:
- Secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Leverage existing relationships and employ proactive outreach strategies to drive business development.
- Identify and nurture leads, cultivating long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and expand existing accounts to generate recurring revenue.
- Represent the company with expertise at conferences, trade shows, and initial customer interactions.
- Offer valuable insights to the management team regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of successful sales and business development experience within the life sciences sector.
- Direct experience within the genomics industry or NGS sales a plus
- A proven track record of building strong relationships with decision-makers in complex organizations.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to meet critical deadlines.
- A commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed.
- The ability to deliver impactful presentations.
