Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing relationships and employ proactive outreach strategies to drive business development.
  • Identify and nurture leads, cultivating long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts to generate recurring revenue.
  • Represent the company with expertise at conferences, trade shows, and initial customer interactions.
  • Offer valuable insights to the management team regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of successful sales and business development experience within the life sciences sector.
  • Direct experience within the genomics industry or NGS sales a plus
  • A proven track record of building strong relationships with decision-makers in complex organizations.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to meet critical deadlines.
  • A commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • The ability to deliver impactful presentations.
