Our client is looking for a Confluence SME/Analyst who can communicate well across multiple teams through a release heavy organization. They will be handling all confluence activities.
- This Release Management team does 20+ releases every month and supports onshore, Latin America, Europe, and India for our client's regulatory team- they ensure that releases are within compliance so that the bank isn’t penalized. This group supports 24 applications
- This person will be supporting all confluence activities for this group. This includes building confluence pages from scratch, editing them, merging pages, etc.
Day to day responsibilities:
- 5+ years of true Confluence Experience
- Experience Building up confluence pages.
- Experience Building up hierarchy of all Release Management pages, merging them into 1
- Experience Creating confluence pages from scratch
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
- Creating pages
- Moving pages
- Creating hierachies
- Create storefronts
- Integrate remedy
- Managing and administrating confluence
- Supporting users
- Confluence plug-ins
- Integrate with other tools
- Configuration and customization, including creating logos, color schemes, templates, managing user permissions
