As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of production equipment, troubleshooting electro-mechanical issues and testing electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automation Technician
Location: Franklin, OH
Pay Rate: Up to $38/hour (will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of equipment.
  • Assist in equipment installations and start-ups to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures, ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an automated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with PLC-based equipment and basic troubleshooting of robotic systems.
